HOW WE START

LET’S TALK.

No deck to sit through, no proposal to decode. Two conversations. The first one is free, and the second one is where the work actually starts.

01

The discovery call

Free. Thirty minutes.

You tell me what you are trying to build. I tell you what I would do about it.

Mostly we work out whether the problem you have is the one you think you have. Founders come to me asking for content. The conversation usually lands somewhere else. The waitlist nobody is talking to. The owners’ group you did not start and do not control. The launch that is eight weeks out with no idea attached to it. The product that sells everywhere except under its own name.

02

The working session

Chargeable. Booked after the first call.

If the first call lands, we go deep. This is the one where I ask a lot of questions, and then a lot more.

What the factory can actually build in a year. Who is on the waitlist and what you say to them while they wait. The one thing your product does that nobody else’s can. What the advertising is actually for. Which channels earn a place, and which ones you get to ignore. Whether there is a series in here, a backstory, a factory floor nobody has been allowed inside.

You come out with the plan. What gets made, in what order, across the next twelve to twenty-four months. It is yours either way, whether you hand the build to me or not.

03

Your time, totalled

The whole ask.

Thirty minutes for the first call. Half a day for the working session. After that I direct and you approve.

You built the factory. I am not going to fill your week with meetings about meetings.

Start with a conversation.

One thing worth saying up front. The thinking is the product here, so the working session is paid. You keep what comes out of it regardless of what happens next.

BOOK A DISCOVERY CALLThirty minutes. No deck, no pitch.
